Welcome to Sitelutions by Hueston, Your New Billing Home
You may have noticed a new look around here. We've upgraded the platform that manages your hosting, domains, care plan, and billing to a faster system called Sitelutions by Hueston. This is the same Hueston relationship you've always had, just running on a faster, more capable engine behind the scenes.
What's Changing
Your invoices, receipts, and account emails will now come from Sitelutions by Hueston instead of the previous system. If you see the Sitelutions name alongside the Hueston logo, that's expected, it's simply our new billing home.
What's Not Changing
- Your payment method is safe and untouched. Your card is still securely stored with Stripe, exactly as it is today. We've only changed which system connects to that same Stripe account, so there's nothing to re-enter and no action required on your card on file.
- Your services, support, and point of contact at Hueston remain exactly the same.
Getting Into Your Account
If you haven't already set your password on the new platform:
- Go to launchpad.hueston.co
- Click Password Reset (or Forgot Password? on the login page) and enter the email address on file with us
- Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the prompts to set a new password
- Log in to see your new dashboard
Finding Your Way Around
Once logged in, here's where to find the essentials:
- Invoices & payment history: Billing > My Invoices, view, download, or pay any open invoice
- Payment methods: Billing > My Payment Methods, review your card on file or add a backup method (no need to touch this unless you want to)
- Services & domains: Services > My Services, see your active hosting, domains, and care plan details
- Support: Open or track a support ticket directly from the dashboard
